She-Ra, the Princess of Power
"The Most Powerful Woman in the Universe"

This animated cartoon character got her start on the "Masters of the Universe" TV series, which started in 1983.  She-Ra is the twin sister of He-Man.  By 1985 had her own TV series, videos, action figures, books, comic books, and magazines.  I never watched the show or read the books, but she appears to be rather like Wonder Woman -- a warrior with fashion!
